Clinic Manager Physical Therapist

Locations:

As we continue to expand in the Chicagoland market, we have excellent opportunities for Clinic Managers and Physical Therapists. We are continuing to grow and need entrepreneurial Therapists to get in on the ground floor for excellent opportunities as we move forward. Our Clinic Manager positions include profit sharing and are perfect for the experienced and entrepreneurial Therapists interested in managing their own clinic.
Responsibilities will include:
• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care with associated goals including quantifiable physical and functional goals Providing assessments, treatment, instructions and other physical therapy services.
• Develop and manage staff through hiring, on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities, disciplinary action and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
• Oversight of daily operations of the facility including staff scheduling, operational action plans, maintenance of equipment and property, patient records, and compliance.
• Performing monthly analysis of facility statistics. Analyzing clinic metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) according to the required review cadence to drive achievement of clinic goals.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (i.e. marketing, sales, etc) to support company initiatives and expand services to meet community needs. Inform physicians of our services, locations, quality patient care and philosophy to increase referrals.
Staff Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Staff Physical Therapist as we continue to grow in the Chicagoland market. This position is perfect for the new graduate or experienced PT looking to work with our Clinic Managers who are very experienced in Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction Training, manual therapy, etc.
Responsibilities will include:
• Providing interpretation of prescriptions, performing an initial evaluation, and establishing a treatment plan with functional and/or work related treatment goals.
• Appropriately progressing the treatment and goals.
• Periodic and timely written communication to physicians
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow‐up.
Registered Dietitians

Our nutrition program is based around concepts of intuitive eating, education and healthy habit forming. Our Registered Dietitians provide weekly nutritional counseling to help patients identify key areas of improvements, and a plan to implement those changes.
