Therapeutic Exercise
At Revolution Physical Therapy Weight Loss, we apply a scientific approach to achieve optimal weight loss results. Exercise Physiologists and Physical Therapists will prescribe and instruct specific exercise programs based on your unique Biomarker Assessments. Exercise programs will be based on cardiovascular level, gender, age, weight, health conditions, and goals.

Our Exercise Physiologists
All Exercise Physiologists are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, or American College of Sports Medicine.
Exercise Physiologists hold a Master’s degree in the exercise sciences which include: Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Education and Strength and Conditioning.
We utilize the Position Papers of the American College of Sports Medicine for exercise prescription.
Our entire staff holds a current certification for CPR or Advanced Cardiac Life Support through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Physical Therapy and Theraputic Exercise
Each one hour session may include:
Resistance training with body weight, free weights, and resistance bands.
Cardiovascular exercise such as biking, walking, running, elliptical, and stairs.
Our staff uses a combination of both resistance exercises and cardiovascular exercises to aid in improving cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and expend high amounts of calories.
We utilize heart rate zones based on your Biomarker Assessments to create safe and effective programs.
