The Stay-Fit Program Overview

These personalized exercise and motivational programs are designed to continue your health and wellness journey beyond our rehab and weight loss programs. The Stay-Fit Program can be approached as a 5-day commitment with one hour in-person sessions three days a week and one hour virtual sessions two days a week with nutrition and behavior lifestyle modification.
